Well, I live in the UAE. Sometimes we have rainy winters and sometimes very dry. Although the amount of rain (30 mm over 3 days) wasn’t unusual, the cold weather was definetely unusual. Temp were 6-7 below normal (avg high max 24, actual high temp 17-18, with cooler nights) So, it was much colder in the mountains. And becoz rain continued, it has turned into snow in the mountains. This winter we got almost 7 or 6 times the amount of last year rain.
