Comcast is in the U.S. top 10 either way, but with different Autonomous Systems:
AS 7922 is #3 in v2 while
AS 7015 of Comcast Cable Communications Holdings Inc is #8 in v1
and doesn’t even appear in the v2 top 250.

Interesting tidbit from Bloomberg Business Week about Comcast Cable Communications Holdings Inc:
As of August 31, 2009 Comcast Cable Communications Holdings, Inc. was acquired by Comcast Cable Communications LLC. Comcast Cable Communications Holdings, Inc. operates cable television networks, broadband cable networks, and provides telephone services. The company was incorporated in 2001 as AT&T Broadband Corp. and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
So most likely Comcast shuffled netblocks from the old AT&T Broadband’s AS 7015 to Comcast’s more usual AS 7922. Yes, we can look and see, and we may do that later. But Comcast is in the U.S. top 10 from CBL data either way.
