Israel and  Spain were the only two countries to drop out of the world top 20 spammers from CBL data in April 2012. Congratulations!

Not so lucky were the  U.K. and  Turkey, which joined the top 20.

Also,  Korea got to #2 in the second and third week of the month. and placed third overall, up from fifth in March.
